"I wish I could give less than one star. The customer service and professionalism of the employees at this office is extremely disappointing. I was given a quote through this office for my car insurance. After being quoted I was asked for pictures of my license not once but twice, I sent a photo of my ID both times. After my quote was finalized I paid my first months payment down and had my second months payment withdrawn from my account. The next month I received a call from the office saying I needed to pay back due money that my policy had my license issued date entered incorrectly and that my policy price would now be $200 more a month so that I needed to pay this current month at the new price and that I owed them plus the difference for the past 2 months? After various back and forth phone calls with the office I actually came into the office to see what the issue was and was told that I had entered my license issue date wrong? At that point I immediately knew that the employees in this office are only interested in covering their tails. As I had actual email proof of the agents asking for photos of my ID which includes my license issue date. They offered no help with waving the back due amount that they said I now owed, and the only comment they had on the situation was "yeah no one can afford that policy price." Even after all the trouble this office put me through the owner of the office still never contacted me regarding my policy or even apologizing for her employees error of entering my information incorrectly. Horrible horrible customer service. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself loads of stress."
